Safety Message Displays are used in plants to display the safety rules and regulation messages as well as safety statistics to plant workers as well as visitors. These Displays have a programmable message facility to show information like activities in the plant, greetings and welcome messages to the guests. These Displays are available in indoor as well as outdoor forms. They can be wall mounted or can be stand alone with mounting self supporting bars. These Displays are configured to meet the specific requirements of an industry. 

Pollution parameter display is used for displaying the concentration of pollutants like dust particles, gases like CO2, CO, NO, NOx etc. Pollution Parameter Displays are used along with AQM systems or dust monitoring sensors or are also available with built in sensors. These sensors are designed for outdoor installations for sensing above parameters. 

These displays are available as

• Numeric displays with parameter names in vinyl stickers
• Alphanumeric displays with fixed or scrolling parameter names and values. 

These displays are used outside the plants for showing the pollution level in the ambient air due to plant exhausts, in construction sites showing dust concentration in the ambient air and in cities and towns for monitoring air pollution.

Timer Display shows time in count-up or count-down manner. They have a set point which is user settable. Timings can be in seconds to days. These displays are usually in large size, visible from a distance. Sizes range from 2” to 12”. These Displays find applications in sport events, quiz programs, in countdown of any event like launch of a product, a mega event or events such as launch of rockets. These displays have facilities of power loss compensation as an option so that the time of power failure is taken in consideration. 

Ajinkya Electronic Systems, the parent company of KVAR was the first to introduce steering centering devices for alignment of the steering wheel with respect to the shaft of the wheel. These devices also come with level sensors built in. The manual method for finding the center of the rotation of the steering wheel is very tedious and time consuming. The steering centering device cuts the time for finding the centre by almost 10 times, expediting the production process. These devices are used by automobile manufacturers like Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Fiat, Honda and Volkswagen.
