Doser Control IM 2503 is a technically advanced model for ampere-hour meter which is ideal for electroplating applications. It has two additional relay outputs apart from the rectifier control relay. These two relay outputs can be used for adding brightener, additive in the plating bath on the basis of Ampere Hours consumed so that the concentration of the plating bath is maintained at a constant level. This in turn ensures uniform plating as well as automation of the plating process. This Doser Control IM 2503 is equipped with two displays; one shows the total current flowing in the circuit and other shows the totalizer. It can be operated in ampere-hour or ampere minute mode as per the need. Modbus communication is optional for remote monitoring these units.

IM2502C is the most commonly used Ampere Hour meter in electroplating as well as in battery monitoring applications. It has one setpoint for rectifier controller plus it has built in totaliser, which allows batching operation in plating applications and gives the total charge from rectifier in case of battery applications. The totaliser can be used to ascertain the electrolyte concentration and decide about adding the chemicals periodically. IM2502C has two displays, one for showing current flowing in the circuit and other display shows present AH count and/ or total AH count. Modbus communication is optional for remote monitoring these units.

IM2513 is specifically designed for electroplating applications where there are multiple plating electrodes in a single plating bath. In such a scenario, addition of chemicals is dependent on total consumption of all individual electroplating stations.
