A clock shows time of the day. A Smart clock is a more interactive clock which allows users to program messages. It has a temperature indicator as well to show the ambient temperature. It can also show date and month.These clocks find their use in households, commercial premises, offices, banks and shops. The programmable scrolling message gives it a more ‘live’ appearance. 

Stop watches are timers which are used to time an event. They are also used as time counters to keep track of elapsed time between two events. Stop watches are usually used in Sports, Races, Academic examinations and Quiz competitions for keeping time. They also have a feature of keeping track of lap timing. Typically these timings are in seconds or even a fraction of a second. The start and stop operation can be synchronized through a digital input to external event to make it automatic as well as more accurate. E.g. in a race, the arrival of the participant at the crossing line can be sensed with a sensor and it can stop the clock giving a highly accurate timing of the lap. 

These timers are available in sizes from 1” to as large as 24” for distant viewing, normally required in a Sports event as they would be visible to spectators. 

In a mosque as per Islamic religion, prayers are carried out at a particular time of the day (Jamaat). Also there are Makrooh timings which are considered inauspicious to carry out prayers. These timings change periodically depending throughout the year. Salah Time Indicator shows these prayer and inauspicious timings digitally. It also has other features like showing Urdu calendar, Salaah, Iftar timings, next day prayer timings plus relays for operating automatic Azhans. These are available in different digit sizes as well as different configurations.
